Requires a BA/BS in Information Technology; Requires 2 years of managing projects and teams in an Agile/Scrum environment; Scrum Master / SAFE Certification is required, or an ability to  acquire a certification within 3 months of joining the team (if offered a role) 5+ years of experience demonstrating technical expertise in one or more specific technologies, good understanding of business operations, expertise in relevant tools and technical skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Three years of management or lead experience preferred.
