We are looking for individuals to join our Clinical Strategy and Programs Rotation Team.  Opportunities are in various teams such as Corporate Quality Management, Maternal Child Services, Program Integrity, Behavioral Health, and Credentialing. 


Through this program, participants are offered rotational and cross-functional assignments within the team that are designed to expose them to both the tactical and strategic initiatives of the business. The program offers insight into various departments and roles in the health care industry. Most importantly, you will work toward dramatically improving health care in our nation, one member at a time.



This is the entry level position in the Project Management career path and is a 2 year rotational leadership program.

Project Administrator
Responsible for supporting projects and the project staff in a dedicated project management business unit.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 
  • Build and maintain project plan and schedule, contributes to ensuring project deliverables are met, 
  • Assist in documentation and project status tracing. 
  • Monitor activities to ensure project objectives are met within established time frames and budgets. 
  • Additional responsibilities will include scheduling, conducting and attending meetings, supporting management in overall objectives, assessing costs and savings and assist in the payments of vendor invoices. 
  • Supporting management in overall objectives.
  • Program management activities including ensuring project objectives are met within established time frame and budgets. 
  • Assist in documentation and project status tracking.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations as necessary
  • Research and analytics related to new and / or current projects.
  • Process improvement analysis to maximize efficiencies within the organization.
  • Interdepartmental relationship management. 
  • Will prepare and deliver presentations as required.  
  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED; 
  • 3-5 years of business experience in health care or a related field; 
  • or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Must be an experienced user of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Leadership capability/potential demonstrated by extracurricular activities, work experience or internships.

  • Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency authorization. Sponsorship is not available for this program.
