HR Service Representative I - Bilingual Spanish - Indianapolis

Responsible for processing and responding to associate and management inquiries regarding human resources benefit and payroll issues received by the HRSolutions Center (HRSC). 

This level is typically competent to answer and research more limited or basic types of questions.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:  

  • Receives incoming HRSC calls and emails and responds to inquiries regarding payroll and benefit issues, practices and policies and interprets same for associates and management. 
  • Researches transaction and benefit and payroll issues, using a variety of databases and software.
  • Working in a production environment

This position is located at:

 L. Ben Lytle Center 220 Virginia Avenue Indianapolis, Indiana 46204

This position is Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM

HR Service Representative I - Bilingual Spanish - Indianapolis


HS diploma and or GED

2 years telephonic customer service experience

1 year of experience with written correspondence in a customer service role

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with various level of leadership within an organization

Work with multiple windows open on PC, move and toggle back and forth

Typing brief notes into a computer bank during or after a customer call




Experience working with PeopleSoft

Experience working with benefits

Experience working with Leave of Absence (LOA)

Experience working with payroll
