In 2017, Anthem established the Salesforce.com Center of Excellence (CoE) to leverage CRM capabilities and maximize the value of future investments by establishing an operating model to provide in-depth analysis of CRM trends, developing best practices that anticipate business needs, standardizing CRM processes to increase efficiency, reduce duplication, and drive consistent CRM Enablement experiences.  Fast forward to 2019 and consider these facts about Anthem’s Salesforce.com:

 Anthem’s Saleforce.com CoE is developing a dedicated Solution Consulting team to assist in the development of strategy and advisory services.  The team will be comprised of innovators and problem solvers who apply their digital marketing, CRM and executive-level business acumen coupled with our proven Salesforce methodology to deliver comprehensive business and CRM engagement strategies that differentiate and win.


As a Senior Salesforce Systems Analyst is responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects. You will also do this:

 


  • Define functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.

  • Detail analysis of current and to be state of complex Salesforce configuration

  • Create and perform feature testing and determines environmental needs.

  • Provide the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.

  • Partner with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.

  • In depth knowledge of tools utilized.

  • Define detail design components with high level architecture blueprints.

  • Coordinates integration activities to ensure successful implementation.

  • Ensure effective monitoring of systems.

  • Define development strategy, standards and support tools.

  • Proactively work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.

 

Here is what we need from you: 


  • Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field; 8 or more years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
  • 4+ years working within the Salesforce platform with a strong understanding of Salesforce related technical operations
  • A master at leveraging SFDC development and analysis tools and up-to-date experience with Lightning and the Salesforce Toolkit.
  • Sales/Service/Marketing clouds, Console, Profiles, Permission Sets, Views, Chatter, Metadata, Services, APIs, Reporting/Dashboards/Analytics, Integrations preferred
  • Experience implementing and supporting AppExchange apps integration
  • Proven System Analysis experience working on an Agile project (scrum, sprints, user stories, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience writing User Stories
  • JIRA experience or equivalent software (required)
  • Experience working with Vlocity a plus
  • Salesforce certification nice to have: Administrator ADM-201, Sales Cloud Consultant
