HR Operations Representative I 

Responsible for processing transactional work in the HRSolutions Center (HRSC) or Associate Relations Resolution Team (ARRT). 

Primary duties may include but are not limited to: 

Processes adjustments and changes in PeopleSoft payroll system. 

Performs balancing activities. 

Maintains records in case management system and assign or research cases as required. 

Supports system changes.

Runs and analyzes reports and queries. 

Researches and resolves specific transactional inquiries and customer issues. 

Processes basic department specific transactional work. 

Follows standard operating procedures and processing guidelines while maintaining attention to detail accuracy and timeliness. 

 

HR Operations Representative II

Responsible for processing transactional work in the HRSolutions Center (HRSC). 

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Processes adjustments and changes in PeopleSoft payroll system.

Performs balancing activities. Maintains records.

Supports system changes. Runs and analyzes reports and queries.

Resolves systems processing problems.

Researches and resolves complex transactional inquiries.

Performs UAT testing.

Participates on project teams and identifies process improvement needs.

Processes department specific transactional work.

HR Operations Rep I

Requires

High school diploma 

1+ years of transacting experience in payroll  tax  benefits  or leaves of absence;

or any combination of education and experience  which would provide an equivalent background.

 

Preferred

College degree

PeopleSoft experience

HR Operations Rep II

Requires

High school diploma 

 1+ years of experience in HRSC, mastery of at least one HRSC discipline and exposure to at least one other, including PeopleSoft transactional processing; 

or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
