Location:  Work-At-Home Opportunity - Must reside in Santa Clara, San Mateo or San Benito County.

 

 

 

The CareMore Field Sales & Service Rep is responsible for identifying and generating leads from a variety of sources including networking, physician and pharmacy referrals, grassroots sources as well as from member referrals on prospective Medicare-eligible members, explain the features and benefits of the available products in that marketplace and enroll the prospects into a product that best fits their needs. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 
  • Conduct group and/or individual sales presentations and enroll eligible prospects on site. 
  • Represent CareMore at community/employer/company-sponsored events to promote the company, raise awareness and generate leads.
  • Record, report and maintain lead disposition status using appropriate tools. 
  • Submit completed enrollment applications.

 

 

Requires 3 years of sales experience and High School diploma. Preferred 1-2 years of experience selling Medicare Advantage products or similar. Requires Accident/Health/Life License to be obtained within 30 days of employment and must have a reliable transportation and a valid driver's license in the state in which the representative enrolls prospects . Preferred BA/BS or AA/AS and bilingual Spanish/English, or bi-lingual English/Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese. For CareMore business units, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
