Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a BA/BS degree; 5-7 years of business development experience including 7 years of healthcare related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Masters degree preferred. Ability to travel may be required.

  • Strong problem solving and analytic skill-set, including ability to develop qualitative and quantitative  frameworks and conduct independent analyses that drive to thoughtful insights and conclusions
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, including comfort with ambiguity, willingness to iterate, and ability to take initiative
  • Enthusiasm to continue building out the account management team’s standard tools and infrastructure
  • Strong healthcare industry knowledge and, more specifically, experience developing / implementing growth strategies in the context of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
  • Record of academic and professional achievement
  • Ability to work independently, while simultaneously being able to forge productive team relationships
  • Personal leadership qualities, including an ability to manage people, drive change, and accomplish challenging goals by working with others
  • Business judgment and maturity, including the ability to develop a 'big picture' view
  • Strong personal presence, combined with compelling and professional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
