This position will report daily to the CareMore corporate office located at 12900 Park Plaza Dr, Cerritos, CA



The Senior Advisor will be responsible for the successful implementation, and continual oversight of innovative digital health technologies and programs. They will work with clinical stakeholders to help identify opportunities to leverage technology and design solutions to advance care delivery by solving the needs of patients and clinicians. The Senior Advisor will lead the successful incubation and implementation of solutions across the CareMore enterprise.


 


The Senior Advisor will monitor the implementation process and drive proactive identification and timely correction of any potential issues. Once a digital health program has been made fully operational across the enterprise, the Senior Advisor will be responsible for overseeing the program; tracking key program metrics; ensuring its continued success; and working with Operations to identify and implement any necessary improvements.


This position will report directly to the VP of Digital Health.


Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: 

  • Lead incubation, implementation and continual oversight and improvement of digital solutions across the enterprise.
  • Assist in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels.
  • Facilitate identification of leadership's priorities and establishment of goals within the context of the strategic plan for the business unit.
  • Aid the senior leadership team within the business unit and the organization.
  • Balance short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success, to ensure that our digital health strategy produces desired results.
  • Facilitate and coordinate annual planning process for assigned digital health solutions within the business unit.

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; two (2) to three (3) years of operational experience in healthcare; three or more (3) years of experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, project management are preferred; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Effective communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with external and internal business partners.


Please note this is a midlevel position and will operate as an individual contributor.

 


Preferred


  • Masters Degree in Public Health (MPH) or MBA.
  • Management consulting experience a plus
  • Workflow analysis or operational analysis skills in healthcare environment.
  • Experience successfully leading programs and/or products which include enterprise-wide implementation, oversight, and improvement.
