Account Service Coordinator (ASC)
 
The selected candidate must report to the Atlanta office daily. This is not a work from home position.
 
Responsible for supporting Account Managers and Account Executives in the National Accounts market. May also support the new sales team. Employer Group size is 5,000+ eligible or enrolled subscribers.  Seeking a person who has the desire to develop into a Sales Account Manager/Account Executive.
 
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 
  • Interpret, review, audit plan benefit designs
  • Support client response on complex claims, benefits, finance, network questions and enrollment issues 
  • Participate in open enrollment meetings and training sessions; to include on-site facility visits during the Open Enrollment time period and other times of the year
  • Provide support during new group implementation and annual renewals
  • Provide analytical support for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as ad hoc report request
  • Create visuals with analytical review
  • Create and/or audit presentations for client meetings
  • Manage team travel and client meeting logistics
  • Work with Marketing to coordinate communication efforts for clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
  • BA/BS preferred or 4 years of related experience in a client service support role with account management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Client support experience in a healthcare sales/account management environment preferred.
  • Data management and sales reporting experience
  • Project management experience  
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills  
  • Strong problem-solving and PC skills required - must be an advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
  • Must have attention to detail and self-auditing skills
  • Sales license is required within 6 months of hire. 
  • Travel may be required.
