Location: Fond Du Lac, WI, Miami, FL, Tampa, FL, or Mason, OH 


The QI/Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance through active monitoring of plan operational performance.


Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviews and ensures compliance with CMS and state regulatory changes affecting SBU
  • Researches and coordinates remediation of high priority Claims compliance and processing issues/inquiries from CMS, other regulatory agencies and internal departments
  • Coordinates audit activities, including audit deliverables, corrective action monitoring, management reporting
  • Interfaces with internal partners to support/identify issues and process improvement and cost saving opportunities
  • Assists in quality assurance & process improvement activities
  • Provides guidance on Claims compliance matters

 


  • Requires B.A. or B.S. degree; 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare insurance, medical accreditation, or government regulations; 
  • Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
  • Knowledge of claims systems
  • Experience working with the Center for Medicaid & Medicare Services
  • Healthcare compliance
  • Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage/Medicaid products
  • Up to 10% travel is required

We offer internships that are 3 months, 6 months and part-time during the school year. Our opportunities are based on business needs and student availability.
