Responsible for managing, organizing, and directing enterprise wide Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Programs.  Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:  
  • Provides consulting and technical advice concerning resolution of barriers to equal employment opportunities.  
  • Serves as liaison and in-house expert on Corporate Management Reviews conducted by Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).  
  • Reviews government contract proposals for EEO compliance and provides Request for Proposal certification to state and federal agencies.  
  • Represents Company on matters related to EEO and Affirmative Action with state and government officials.  
  • Advises and consults with HR managers on issues related to equal employment opportunities.  
  • Analyzes corporate organizational policies, practices, and structures for compliance.  
  • Provides analytical support to legal, conducts adverse impact calculations, and researches regulations, executive orders, and precedent setting cases. 
  • Manages the development, implementation, and monitoring of an enterprise wide workforce disabilities program.  
 Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of experience in developing and/or auditing affirmative action plans or related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

We offer internships that are 3 months, 6 months and part-time during the school year. Our opportunities are based on business needs and student availability.
