Requires:
- BA/BS degree

- 5-7 years related experience

- or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- Experience in the following is preferred: Trizetto Facets, Access Database, Sybase Tables and Excel
- Knowledge in the following is a plus: Claims Processing, Product & Benefits Setup
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and proven ability to be an innovative problem solver.
- Organize and present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
- Persuade and influence others with effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to represent the department in various meetings with various levels of management
