Organization Effectiveness Manager

Responsible for creating and delivering programs to develop and engage associates and managers.  
Primary duties include, but are not limited to: 
Supports organizational effectiveness projects to transform our current business environment into a high performing organization. 
Supports the design and implementation of individual/team based assessment tools. 
Assists in the creation of organizational design approaches and partners with the business to implement optimal design structure. 
Provides organizational effectiveness consultation to business leaders across the enterprise to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance. 
Assists in the management of the vendor interaction including, issue resolution, developing and reviewing statements of work. 

This role may require up to 15% travel based on the needs of the department

Organization Effectiveness Manager

Requires

BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field;

8-10 years of experience in organizational development/effectiveness training and development; process improvement and/or project management.

Or any combination of experience and education

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,)

Expert level of Microsoft PowerPoint

Excellent written and communication skills

Ability to create materials and/or presentations

Ability to multi-task 

Able to work in a fast paced environment.


Preferred

Advanced degree preferred.
