Requires a BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years of experience leading project teams, application software development, maintenance or implementation and support, including 3+ years of management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

 

Extensive experience in design, development and deployment of Pega PRPC is required.
Experience in the installation of PRPC V6.1 SP2 or higher & CPMHC framework is an asset.
Working knowledge of Voice Response Unit Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) application is an asset.
Experience in Pega Integration with IVR and Telecom systems is an asset.
Experience in the following languages required: Pega PRPC, SQL and UML.
Experience with Oracle 10g/9i or MS SQL Server 2005, 2008 or higher databases is required.
Comprehensive knowledge of core IT apps, systems and interrelationship among them.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of analysis techniques and standards and set analysis standards.
Able to identify root causes of problems.  Demonstrate the ability to develop & implement solutions for the causes identified.
Understand & consider the relationship between processes & data structures.
Demonstrates thought leadership in a development discipline or toolset.
Demonstrate a moderate to comprehensive understanding of supported applications & all interdependencies (OS, network, server, workstations etc).
Demonstrate knowledge of the strategic alignment of IT solutions with business objectives.
Experience with Windows 2000/2003/XP/7 & Windows NT operating systems
Leadership experience with GIC model experience in mid-to-large teams
