  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field (MBA strongly preferred); or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a focused role, preferably with direct responsibility for program development, behavioral economics, analytics and measurement; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Additional experience in strategic planning, and leading cross-functional initiatives or any combination education and experience required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, product development and/or marketing preferred.
  • Must be a proven driver with the ability to successfully negotiate and influence within a complex matrixed environment.
  • Presentation expertise to various levels including C Suite, ability to partner with Business and lead as an influencer.
  • Healthcare or regulated consumer industry experience is required.
  • Consulting Background
  • Digital Product Management is required.
  • Experience working successfully within Complex Matrix Environment
