Ideal for candidate with solid strategy and/or management consulting experience with TBM. Responsible for working with IT and business leadership as well as other internal partners to lead advanced analytics within the TBM framework, with an eye towards connecting high level strategies with execution outcome. Understands both finance and enterprise technology and works closely with TBM System Advisor to create meaningful reports and facilitates deeper dives into the data.  Primary duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Translates TBM strategy into defined tactics, roadmaps, programs, priorities & timelines and ensures alignment and attainment to turn strategy into reality
  • Executes operational processes to ensure usability of financial data within the TBM tool
  • Partners with executive leadership to lead the development and direction of use cases designed to create value from IT cost transparency processes and tools
  • Create and present extremely high quality presentations to senior executives
  • Oversee definition development and implementation of metrics to report and monitor progress against goals.
  • Synthesize and ensure findings demonstrate tie-back to corporate and CIO-level strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with team and Communications partners to develop tactical plans and communication strategies on TBM framework

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
10 or more years of related strategy, strategic planning, project and/or program management experience as well as significant experience working with senior leaders
TBM and Apptio experience is required.
Five years of experience in a management position, management or strategy consulting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

MBA preferred
Excellent analytical and “connect-the-dots” thinking, with attention to detail
Strong oral and written presentation skills with senior executive communication experiences – advanced PowerPoint, Word skills required.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. SharePoint skills a plus.
Comfort with quantitative analyses, data synthesis and manipulation – strong Excel skills required
Well-rounded people skills with strong relationship management skills
Comfort with ambiguity
Excellent listening skills
Self-starter, must have comfort with virtual and office work settings
