HR Operations Rep I

Requires

High school diploma 

1+ years of transacting experience in payroll  tax  benefits  or leaves of absence;

or any combination of education and experience  which would provide an equivalent background.

 

Preferred

College degree

PeopleSoft experience

HR Operations Rep II

Requires

High school diploma 

 1+ years of experience in HRSC, mastery of at least one HRSC discipline and exposure to at least one other, including PeopleSoft transactional processing; 

or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
