Developer Sr: 
Requires BA/BS degree or technical institute training; 3+ years experience on one platform, multi database, multi language or multi business application, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead small projects and provide troubleshooting support.

Developer Advisor:
Requires BA/BS degree in related field or technical institute training; 5 or more years related experience; multi platform experience; expert level experience with business and technical applications, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead multiple small projects and provide troubleshooting support. Multi dimensional required. Multi database and/or multi language preferred.

Must have skills:
  • Professional knowledge and experience in the design, configuration and implementation of Genesys 8.x Framework, Genesys Outbound Contact Center, Genesys GVP, URS, Genesys HA architecture, Chat and Email Routing is required.
  • Experience in developing routing strategy and IVR application with Genesys composer is required.
  • Strong, broad, experience with Enterprise advanced converged communication & VoIP / IP Telephony systems is required.
  • Strong experience including installation/configuration and/or development of Genesys CTI platform is required.
  • Experience with HA architecture, Voice Routing, Multi-Channel Routing is required.
  • Knowledge and experience of Genesys SIP Server is required.
Nice to have skills:
 
  • Genesys Certification is an asset.
  • Experience with Genesys Data Mart, Infomart, Interactive Insights, CCPulse, Stat Server, Interactive Insights is an asset.
  • Effective problem solving skills, the ability to analyze and resolve application and business problems of high complexity is an asset.
  • Willingness to learn and meet challenges is an asset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and end users is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven priorities is an asset.
  • Strong demonstrated background in following ongoing technology innovations in technology and customer communications is an asset.
  • Knowledge and experience with Avaya ACD (EAS), CMS, Vectoring, Variables deployed on Avaya’s Communication Manager Platform is an asset.
  • Experience with Healthcare industry is an asset.
