Qualifications
  • Requires a BA/BS; 5 years related experience, including experience in developing and/or auditing affirmative action plans; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Strong technical background with federal EEO, Affirmative Action and other Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements
  • Must have a strong Affirmative Action plan background
  • Experience working with or for a federal contractor or OFCCP is required
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills highly desired
