Our Customer Care Representatives are making a difference in members' lives every day.

As a Customer Care Representative you will guide members through their healthcare experience, answer customer questions via phone, e-mail, or chat; or help providers with questions about member plans. You will be the person that members can rely on to help them navigate their healthcare needs by explaining their benefits, solving claim concerns, finding a doctor nearby or being their healthcare advocate. You will be their guide to a better healthcare experience by being proactive, anticipating next steps, and ensuring that they only need to call once to get the help they need.

Here's what a typical day may look like:

  • From the moment you login, you'll be focused on answering customer calls, demonstrating our values as you proactively work to resolve our members' questions and concerns
  • You'll strive for first call resolution, working to resolve member issues at the point of contact
  • Using dual monitors and leveraging computer based resources you'll find answers to customers questions, and help simplify next steps for members without giving them homework
  • Acting as an advocate for our members, you may reach out to partners in other departments, or to Doctor's office to help resolve a customer need or concern
  • You will be constantly learning, growing your knowledge and skills, and embracing new technology as we continue to evolve how we service our customers

Business Relation Mgmt. Executive Advisor
Location: Atlanta GA

The Business Relationship Management Exec. Advisor will support the Provider E2E team to effectively create audience appropriate communications for this highly visible and important program as well as lead change management efforts.  There is a high demand across the organization to understand how known provider issues are being addressed, and timing for desired capabilities will be delivered.  This resource will join the leadership team and support communication and change management demands.  Key responsibilities include:

  1. Content creation: This resource will support day to day communication and foundational materials to educate stakeholders on the Provider E2E strategy and the details within the 21+ initiatives targeted for 2020. 
  2. Communications planning: This resource will work with individual projects within Provider E2E as needed to ensure that communications planning is part of each project, and track work on a master calendar to offer visibility across Provider E2E.
  3. Operational readiness: This resource will support all individual project teams with communication plans and other operational readiness deliverables.
  4. Provider E2E reporting: This resource will administer the Provider E2E SharePoint site, and create a series of dashboards and reports customized to individual stakeholders to show progress of all work within the Provider E2E portfolio.
 

Specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • The development of a functional communications calendar that aligns to initiative milestone and moments that matter in the provider journey and reflects multiple initiatives in a single place; administration of the Provider E2E SharePoint / Confluence site to accomplish organizational goals and visibility
  • The ability to tease out a story using words, images, audio, and video as well as an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience is critical
  • The creation of content and/or supervising writers, editors, content strategists; be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style
  • Establishing work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
  • Mapping out a communication and content strategy that supports and extends both short- and long-term initiatives and emerging needs
  • Working with owners of key initiatives to create and maintain communications strategies and offer content support either in creation, enhancement, or coaching
  • Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing
  • Familiarity with large campaign email tools, such as PARDOT, to execute change initiatives
  • Experience developing training programs – both synchronous and online / self-paced - and some knowledge of the provider space required

 

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related communications field is required. Graduate work in Organizational Development, Communications, or a combination of professional experience and education, as well as experience in health care is preferred. Experience in e-learning and digital media an advantage.; 9 or more years experience; multi platform experience, expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead multiple or large projects and provide troubleshooting support. Demonstrated leadership skills in both business and IT context to drive teams to achieve results. Multi dimensional required. Multi database and/or multi language preferred.
