Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree required,
  • 10 + years of experience in external client facing program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning
  • 5 years of successful experience in Talent Development or Management, or Early Career & Intern program management.

  • Excellent project management skills, including: prioritization and planning, resource coordination, time management, cost management
  • Proven coaching, developing and people management skills

  • Excellent information management and research skills, with extremely strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to discern scalable talent
  • Strong understanding of current employment regulations and compliance issues
  • Ability to adjusts easily to changes, learns quickly, and understands how internal and external factors impact the overall business decisions
  • Team player who can interact in a constructive, cooperative and harmonious manner with colleagues
