Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field  
  • 5-7 years of management experience with process improvement, project/program management, process engineering and/or performance improvement initiatives; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification, related process improvement certification or PMI certification preferred. 
  • Ability to travel maybe required.
  • Quality Auditing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare and CMS guidelines required
  • Knowledge of Medicare Parts C & D and Grievance procedures preferred
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills required
