  • Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field or the equivalent in training and experience. Master’s degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders, executives and/or executive search preferred.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in an HR management role, coaching, strategizing and supporting executives.
  • Proven success in direct report team management and/or experience managing and influencing other dotted line reports or key constituents.
  • Passion for talent and proven ability to serve as a talent champion.
  • Strong comfort level with multi-tasking and pivoting between strategic and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable in dynamic and changing environments with a proven ability to deliver positive outcomes amidst changing needs.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates required. Experience utilizing current talent acquisition digital technologies required. Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner required. Ability to partner with and influence hiring managers in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships required.

  • Experience with both corporate (in-house) and third-party recruiting preferred. In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape in health insurance industry preferred.

 

Other experiences and knowledge that may positively contribute towards consideration for this role include:

  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate well at the executive level.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to quickly garner the trust and respect of high level executives and executive level candidates.
  • The ability to coach and educate leaders on a regular basis.
  • Professional polish with the ability to represent the company nationally.
  • Applicant tracking system experience.
  • Broad professional network.
  • Software sourcing skills and experience.
