  • HS diploma and 8 years related experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent customer relation as well as excellent understanding of office practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Business English including punctuation, spelling and grammar and knowledge of personal computers and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.).
  • Excellent typing and keyboard skills. Proficient in using MS Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Incumbent must be task-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, logic and objectivity.
  • Possess high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Capable of working collaboratively with a high performing team.
  • Possess personal and visual presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to track deliverables and achieve results.
  • Strong prioritization, attention to detail, effective multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented.
  • Capable of identifying solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Must be flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment.
