Level I:

  • Requires a HS diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
  • At least 1 year of coordination of benefits experience is preferred.
  • CS90 experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of NAIC & CMS COB guidelines is preferred.


Level II:

  • Requires a HS diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of claims processing and customer service skills and 2 years COB experience that required using NAIC & CMS COB guidelines; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent experience.
  • CS90 experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and skill in using PC, database system, and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

 

Level III:

  •  Requires a HS diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of claims processing and customer service experience.
  • At least 3 years of coordination of benefits experience that required using NAIC & CMS COB guidelines determining primacy and processing experience on more than one of the company's platform preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and skill in using PC, database system, and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
