The Client Implementation Director is responsible for the successful design and delivery of client programs and solution implementation strategy. Responsible for leading solution/program requirement discussions with the Client, Sales Growth Organization, Solution Management, Clinical Management and Technical Development teams. The Client Implementation Director will drive the appropriate solution with the client through negotiations based on a defined solution based program strategy. Oversees multiple client engagements, collaborates with the project team and is responsible for reporting consolidated status to the VP of Client Implementations.



  • Design program strategy with client for solutions licensed and obtains client approval on project scope.
  • Communicates project scope and variances with leadership and project team to gain alignment and approvals as required.
  • Identifies and resolves tactical and strategic, high-priority organizational and business issues.
  • Articulates to the VP of Client Implementations, the project status and results for a set of client implementations.
  • Ensures alignment with other Enterprise initiatives and multi-segment business model
  • Monitors projects, ensuring the program meets milestones, deliverables, budget and objectives.
  • Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
  • Influences and provides leadership on external advocacy efforts.
  • Provides strategic direction and continually refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives.
  • Consults on requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines, and coaches on implementation requirements.
  • Creates internal and external communication strategy, including responses to inquiries, requests for information from external parties, and segmentation of stakeholders websites.
  • Works across matrix teams to ensure changes are properly communicated and executed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry that includes large scale strategic planning, consulting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Experience with implementations of content based technology solutions required
  • MBA preferred.
  • Ability to travel may be required.
  • Experience working with payers and providers preferred, particularly related to UM programs.
