Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of IT management experience, broad knowledge of the function/area being managed, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.  Experience, expertise and/or specific certification may be required.. Health insurance industry experience preferred.  MBA preferred. Requires experience working with new product process tools / analogies

Strong engineer program management experience (10+ years). Ability to manage team members. Requires experience presenting on project updates.
