Documentation Analyst Senior – Seattle, WA

The Documentation Analyst Senior is responsible for researching and documenting more complex projects and work processes to ensure business continuity and consistency. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Researches, extrapolates, compiles and validates data on flows, systems, coding, and testing problems and processing issues;

  • Makes recommendations for process changes and works with management to obtain sign-off and to implement;

  • Develops and updates flows and end-user documentation based on research and system changes;

  • Facilitates issues meetings;

  • Assists in managing intranet site by uploading procedures and maintaining a daily bulletin.

  • Provides support related to NCQA and State compliance improvement initiatives and events.

  • Assists with the development of documentation and other processes designed to assure NCQA compliance

  • Facilitates assigned Committee(s) for area of responsibility to include:

    • oversees the logistics of committee meetings, identifies issues and solves problems

    • Assists with the creation of agendas, prepares team leaders, etc. to ensure successful outcomes

    • Prepares minutes, assists with the committee calendars, collects reports for committee meetings; ensures reports and documents are submitted and approved timely;

    • Prepares the annual committee charters, updates committee member lists, maintains attendee email lists, emails reminders and meeting documents prior to meetings, maintains I-9s for members who receive a stipend, issues a new attendee welcome email/letter as appropriate

  • Ensure that accreditation specific materials are uploaded to member website; ensure that member newsletters postcards are emailed timely

Qualifications

  • Requires H.S. diploma; 3-5 years related experience, of which at least 2 should be in documentation; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • BA/BS preferred.
